This project aims to empower young people (age 18-30) to increase their self awareness, acquire and develop skills and competences in agro-entrepreneurship and empower their career prospects and network in this field. Therefore, Agri-Charisma emphasises the development of tools to connect young people interested in agro-entrepreneurship, assess their skills and competences and enable them to develop their skills (E-course and serious game) and create effective teams and agro-startups.
